California Assemblymember Jerry Hill Speaks About Tobacco-Control Legislation


In this podcast we speak with Assemblymember Jerry Hill, who represents the 19th district in California (South San Francisco to Belmont). Mr. Hill has served on the California State Assembly since 2008 and prior to that served 17 years in local government. Breathe California and Mr. Hill have worked together on legislation over the years including AB574, the bill to make hospitals smoke-free. The bill passed the state legislature but was later vetoed by then Governor Schwarzenegger.
